Daily Face Care Routine 2019

Today I will be discussing my daily face care routine and what products I cannot go a day without. I have pretty dry/acne-prone skin. Therefore, using products that help retain hydration in the skin is really important to ensure that I have healthy skin! Before I begin, I want you to know that I am not being biased towards any product and that this is my 100% honest review. Also, please keep in mind that most of these products are for acne-prone skin, especially the clinique anti-blemish solutions products and I would only recommend them if you have acne problems like I do.
Garnier Micellar Water
Before I begin with using any products I always like to ensure that my face is properly cleaned and free of any excess oils and dirt from the day, this includes even if I am not wearing makeup. This also helps me get my face ready for cleanser.
Anti-Blemish Solutions Range
Anti-Blemish Solutions Cleansing Foam:
This product is truly amazing. It is a foam and so only about two pumps of it will be enough per wash. This cleansing foam specialises in getting rid of any acne and helping clear out pores by removing dirt and excess oil. It is used applied by getting 2-3 pumps of the product into the hands and massaging all over the face ensuring that the eye area is covered. Once applied, rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Anti-Blemish Solutions Clarifying solution:
After I cleanse my face I use a small cotton pad and place some of the clarifying solutions on it which I dab all over my face. This helps unclog any pores, remove any of the excess oils as well as act as a shield for any blemishes. This product also helps control excess shine. I am not the biggest fan of the smell of this product as it has a strong alcohol smell, and beware it can sting if used straight after using hair removal cream on face. (OUCH!)
Anti-Blemish All-Over Clearing Treatment
This product is also godsent, as it helps clear out any pores and acts as a preventative method for any blemishes in the future. It contains Acne-fighting exfoliators such as Salicylic Acid and Acetyl Glucosamine which help clear dead skin cells that can contribute to clogged pores. They also help control the spread of acne-causing agents with Benzoyl Peroxide and other anti-blemish ingredients. Application of this treatment is through placing a small amount of it in your fingers and placing in areas that you most likely get the acne.
The Body Shop - British Rose Petal-Soft Toner
This product is a gift from heaven. I truly love this product so much, I honestly can't get over it!!!! Not only does it smell heavenly like actual roses, but it also has small pieces of roses in the solution. I apply a small amount of the solution into the palm of my hands and then rub all over my face. It leaves the face feeling refreshed and smelling divine. It is a must in every girl's skincare routine!
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Eye Roll-On
I use this product to help reduce any dark circles and under-eye imperfections. This product helps brighten up the under eyes if use is consistent, however, to be honest, I haven't seen a major colour reduction, which is severely disappointing. This could also be as my under eye circles are quite severe. But I would recommend it if you have dull under eyes and looking for a brightening boost. I really do like the rollerball applicator which helps the product spread around the eye area properly.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
This product is truly amazing and lasts such a long time. It is recommended to use it twice a day (morning and night) for the best results. Application is taking in a bit of the lotion into the hands and massaging all over the face. It helps retain moisture in the face as well as provide a youthful glow to the skin. It is also quite lightweight and so does not feel heavy on the skin especially when using other products. It acts as a barrier before wearing makeup.
Clinique Moisturiser Surge Overnight Mask
This product is so nice and I mainly use it at night after I go through the other skincare steps. I usually use this product instead of the moisturising lotion. This product is creamy, soft and smells heavenly and nourishes skin leaving it feeling soft and silky. Apply this product all over the face and the neck
